Every major city has an unseen army of people that keep the city ticking and running smoothly each day. They operate in the shadows and do thankless critical tasks that are not only taken for granted, but frame the city’s identify of the city. What’s London without it’s Underground, San Diego without its world-famous zoo, or Berlin without its 200 museums?
